At my day job, I'm an architectural lighting designer. Outside of that, I like to experiment with software, photography, and writing. Or - at least I think I enjoy those things, and I'm trying to do more of them. I built this site as a repository to document some of those things, ideally. We'll see how this goes.

This site reflects the sky over Oregon's Mt. Hood and updates dynamically with real weather conditions. You also have control: Tap the clock icon in the top card to adjust the sky to your liking. If you choose a future time, the site approximates a realistic sky based on current conditions. Watch the lighting-related stats as the sky changes.
